Looking to schedule a 30-minute phone or Zoom consultation to resolve an issue involving international or national equine organizations or breed registries — such as matters pending before USEF or FEI or breed or color registries? A $225 consultation is required to provide you with legal advice for these issues.
Before we can schedule you for a consultation, we are required to ensure there is no conflict of interest if we talk with you. It would be a conflict of interest, for example, if a person you are having an issue with has already contacted us about the same matter.
(NOTE: For issues involving international or national equine organizations or registries the state requirement does not apply.)
There is a $225 fee for your consultation. This discounted fee applies only to your initial consultation for this particular matter. Subsequent consultations for the same matter will be billed at our regular hourly rate.
Once we have verified you are eligible for a consultation, we will email you a link to our online consultation information form for you to provide details about your matter and an invoice to submit your payment. Our consultations are scheduled at 1:00 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Friday. Consultations are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
