Matters Concerning Governing Bodies of Horse Sport

ELS represents clients with matters concerning The International Federation for Equestrian Sports (FEI), United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee (USOPC), United States Equestrian Federation (USEF), U.S. Center for SafeSport (SafeSport), the American Quarter Horse Association (AQHA) and other governing bodies of horse sport. ELS assists clients in prosecuting and resolving complaints and grievances and defends clients in disciplinary matters. We charge an hourly rate of $575, and for all matters, we require a retainer. We deposit retainers into our attorney-client trust account, invoice our clients for all work performed and deduct invoice amounts from the retainers. We promptly refund any retainer funds remaining at the end of clients’ legal matters.
