Georgia State Equine Activity Agreement Bundle

This bundle includes forms designed to ensure that Georgia’s state equine activity act will apply to limit liability for adults and youths engaging in horse-related activities. DO NOT USE THESE AS STANDALONE LIABILITY RELEASES. They are designed to use with activity-specific equine liability releases such as lease contracts, riding lesson agreements and boarding contracts.
