This form is designed to ensure that Georgia’s state equine activity act will apply to limit liability for youths engaging in horse-related activities. DO NOT USE OUR STATE FORMS AS STANDALONE LIABILITY RELEASES. They are designed to be used with activity-specific equine liability releases such as lease contracts, riding lesson agreements and boarding contracts.
