This bundle includes forms designed to ensure that Michigan’s state equine activity act will apply to limit liability for adults and youths engaging in horse-related activities. DO NOT USE THESE AS STANDALONE LIABILITY RELEASES. They are designed to use with activity-specific equine liability releases such as lease contracts, riding lesson agreements and boarding contracts.
