Oregon State Equine Activity Adult Agreement

This form is designed to ensure that Oregon’s state equine activity act will apply to limit liability for adults engaging in horse-related activities. DO NOT USE OUR STATE FORMS AS STANDALONE LIABILITY RELEASES. They are designed to use with activity-specific equine liability releases, such as lease contracts, riding lesson agreements and boarding contracts.
