This form is designed to ensure that Texas’ farm animal liability act will apply to limit liability for youths engaging in horse-related activities. DO NOT USE OUR STATE FORMS AS STANDALONE LIABILITY RELEASES. They are designed to use with our equine liability releases, such as lease contracts, riding lesson agreements and boarding contracts.
