Safety Attire: Guest agrees to wear safety attire or assume increased risk of injury.
Trail Riding Specific Risks: Guest agrees to assume risks specific to trail riding, such as terrain and wildlife.
Guest’s Condition: Guest represents they have no conditions that would impair their ability to ride and handle horses safely.
Guest’s Horses: Guests represents all horses they bring to the property have a current negative Coggins test, are current on all routine vaccinations, are free from contagious conditions and have no history of dangerous behavior.
Property Damage: If guest or guest’s horse causes damage to the property, guest agrees to pay for it.
Third Party Claims: If anyone, such as an insurer or family member, brings a claim against the property owner in connection with the guest or the guest’s horse being on the property, the guest agrees to pay for the property owner’s defense.
