What our Hauling Liability Release Form Covers

Injury to the Horse: The horse owner agrees to accept all risks associated with loading, hauling and unloading, including injury and death. If the horse owner doesn’t provide leg wraps and other protective gear, the horse owner agrees to accept the increased risk of injury.

Horse Injuring Others: If the horse being hauled injures another horse or person, the horse owner agrees to defend the hauler against legal claims.

Horse Damaging Trailer:  If the horse damages the hauler’s trailer or equipment, the horse owner agrees to pay for the damage.
