Dangerous Behavior:  Seller can list any behaviors that might present a safety issue for the prospective buyer, such as rearing or bucking.

Horse Injures or Kills Prospective Buyer:  Buyer agrees to hold horse owner harmless if horse injures or even kills buyer.

Safety Attire: Buyer agrees to wear safety attire or assume increased risk of injury.

Trail Riding Specific Risks: Buyer agrees to assume risks specific to trail riding, such as terrain and wildlife.

Buyer’s Condition: Buyer represents they have sufficient experience and skill to handle or ride horses safely, and have no conditions that would impair their ability to ride and handle horses safely.

Third Party Claims:  If anyone, such as an insurer or family member, brings a claim against the seller in connection with the buyer handling or riding the horse, the buyer agrees to pay for the seller’s defense.
