  • Donor represents to recipient that donor is the sole lawful and registered owner of horse and there are no liens on the horse.
  • Choice of representations about the horse’s physical condition, with option to give no representation to the recipient.

  • Choice of representations about horse’s behavior, with option to give no representation to the recipient.
  • If horse is a mare, choice of representations about her pregnancy status, including option to give no representation to the recipient.
  • Choice of options about delivery of horse’s registration papers (if any).
  • Disclaimer of all other warranties, express or implied.
