Purpose and Intended Use
This form is designed to govern the use of equine facilities by on-site trainers, riding instructors and other equine service providers. It covers such topics as arena use, liability, insurance and compensation for use of the facility. This form is distinguishable from ELS’ equine property lease agreement forms because it is designed for situations where the equine service provider is not renting the property but simply conducting business on the property.

- Whether equine service provider can bring dogs to the facility.
- Compensation to be paid to facility (if any) and how it will be calculated (e.g., flat fee, percentage of revenue or other).
- Penalties for late payment and bounced checks.
